UCLA Wellness on Campus (WOC)
The mission of WOC is to promote well-being among all UCLA students by connecting and supporting campus practitioner and stakeholder organizations .
Wellness is an ever-changing state of being that is influenced by multiple aspects of our identity, as well as the environment. It involves an active process of making conscious choices toward greater well-being. Seven identified dimensions of wellness include the following:
1. Promote and publicize campus-wide opportunities and events that are focused on the development of student wellness
2. Cultivate interdepartmental collaboration and partnerships to strengthen student-focused wellness efforts on campus
3. Develop and implement new WOC-sponsored initiatives designed to foster well-being among students
